I've made a new friend! The hosts at this hotel were absolutely amazing. They treated me like family, and their hospitality was top-notch. Anna, in particular, went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. She made sure that my dietary needs were met by providing gluten-free food, and she also took the time to give me valuable information and suggestions on exploring the city. she helped me research the best ways to continue my travels after my stay. What a wonderful hostess she is!
Honestly, I can't think of anything negative about my experience. Everything was perfect during my Christmas stay at this hotel.

Great location! the hotel is just a few steps away from the main shopping area and all the tourist attractions. the staff was friendly and welcoming, always willing to help with our needs.
The party on New Year's Eve was a big disappointment. the music was too loud and it lasted until very late, making it impossible for us to get some good rest.
